SSI Performance Gaps
These charts show the Performance Gaps on the Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory. The gap is between the Importance rating (how important learners think that item is) and the Satisfaction rating (how satisfied learners are with the College's performance). The ratings are on a 7-point scale.

CCSSE Survey Report
These reports summarize the results of the Community College Survey of Student Engagement that was administered to NTC learners in April 2008.

NTC Employee Survey
This is a self-developed employee survey, administered for the first time in spring 2007, then again in fall 2007. The survey was administered to half the faculty and staff at the same time. The purpose of the survey is to identify faculty/staff perspectives on actionable factors that will help us improve the effectiveness of the workplace enviornment.

Student Satisfaction Inventory Results
This link has the report of results from the 2006 SSI by item and by scale. The link also contains charts comparing Noel-Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory satisfaction results with the results from 2006 and 2004, with national two-year colleges and with other Minnesota State Colleges and Universities two-year colleges that administer the SSI.

Revised Mission, effective with 2006-2007 Academic Year
The College revised its mission, vision and purposes through a consultative process during spring semester 2006 as a result of its new status as an independent technical college aligned with Bemidji State University. These document show the new philosophy, mission, vision and purposes and the processes that led to this revised mission.

IPEDS Feedback Reports
This annual report compares NTC's IPEDs data with a comparison group of 44 AQIP two-year colleges in the Midwest. IPEDS stands for Integrated Postsecondary Education Data System. This chart illustrates results of the 2004 Student Satisfaction Inventory (Noel-Levitz) regarding the institution's commitment to its constituencies as well as identifiying factors that impacted learners' decision to enroll at NTC.
